• S1 Ep 1 - A New Dawn (Part 1) - Series One Episode One: A New Dawn (Part One)
  
  As the crew and teams start arriving on Atlantis, Dr Jackson and McKay do some last minute tweaking on the the new drive on the Tau Ri's new ship 'Serenity'. As the crew get aboard and get to know each other, They begin their journey of the new drive, a test drive to Earth taking only about an hour according to the doctors. But when they fire her up things start to go wrong with the new drive and the team can not shut it down. Serenity and her crew are jumped through space to another galaxy, The ship emerges in another unknown galaxy right in the middle of a great battle. Can they survive the trip or will they be torn up by the waring factions on the other side?
  
  
• Ep 2 - A New Dawn (Part 2) - Episode Two: A New Dawn (Part Two)
  
  With the crew in the middle of a battle field, the crew estimate that the battle had been over not long before their arrival and start to scan all frequencies to make sure they are alone. But when the Radar picks up a ship of unknown design the crew get worried. But a distress call comes through from another ship with distinct signs of Ancient technology, the crew decide to mount a rescue mission and durning the battle find out that even though their asgard weapons and ancient weapons seam useless against the enemy ship, their Rail Guns and 302's seam to cause some serious damage. Can the crew survive against the new enemy and who is this new ally.
  
  
• Ep 3 - Alone again - Episode Three: Alone Again
  
  The crew have rescued the surviving crew from the Aramanthian Ship, and after learning their history the Tau Ri discover that the Aramanthian's are actually descendants of the Ancients and decide to take the survivors back home. But the Aramanthian's although grateful for their rescued shipmates are less than delighted to see the Tau Ri and instead of helping them to get home tell them to stay out of their business, causing some of the rescued Aramanthian's to join the Serenity's crew to help them.
  
  
• Ep 4 - Wishes come true - Episode Four: Wishes come True
  
  With the ground crew ST -1 on the run from a Hycusian Patrol they decide to hide in some ruins, and after exploring them a bit they find a working ZPM at which could be the answer to going home. But getting back to the Jumper could be harder said then done when Prince Cellka arrives on the planet to capture the team.
  
  Mean while the Serenity are hiding behind a moon of a gas giant. Awaiting the Ground team to come back from their expedition, when they receive another distress call from a Aramnthian ship. The call is close and after fighting about whether to go or not they decide to go only to be ambushed by a Hycusian fleet.
  
  
• Ep 5 - Dashed Hopes - Episode Five: Dashed Hopes
  
  As the Serenity finally battle their way out of the ambush a radio message from ST-1 comes through with the new hope but when they hook up the ZPM to a local star gate they realize that there is only enough power to send one person through. Marah now has a hard choice to send one of the many back or ? who is medically in need of surgery that they can not supply. The choice may be easy but the fights that brake out will not be easy to handle.
  
  
• Ep 6 - Why is all the Rum Gone? - Episode Six: Why is all the rum Gone?
  
  As the Crew of serenity battle off Pirates from boarding their ship. ST - 1 with ? go offworld to a planet said to house another ZPM. Upon stepping on to the planet they are ambushed by a space Pirate called Jubia Blus. He kidnaps ?, telling her that he is going to trade her for the freedom of some of his men that the Hycusian had imprisoned on the planet. He trades her, yet is double crossed and captured himself. After learning this from the local villigers who have befriended the Pirate band and now ST - 1, ST - 1 set out to rescue not only Pooja but the others held by the Hycusian....
  
  
• Ep 7 - ? - Episode Seven: ?
  
  The crew of serenity are looking for a downed jumper with Marah and ? in it. They believe that they are alive and that they are on the Ice planet nicknamed Hoth. But Marah and ? are on the brink of death as a blizzard bares down on them and the supplies all used up. But thats not the worst of it. There is also some thing stalking them.
  
  Meanwhile ST-1 are sent out to search for a ZPM on a desert planet nicknamed Ferminia. But as they search a small ruins they find out why these are ruins. The team is attacked by thousands of desert dwelling man eating worms, who dig under the sand. They have two ways of surviving one is to get to the jumper which is in the middle of the ruins or to head for the mountains which the worms can not enter.
